Deep feelings of a software engineer working round the clock, taking up challenges in learning new technologies, writing a couple of certifications... if in school 40% marks was PASS in software 80% marks is PASS.. GOD what a struggle!!!... Meanwhile a colleague call’s up and informs about an offer with a higher package, lesser work, travelling onsite... the inspired soul makes an attempt... find’s a job however again the same things repeat.. Lots of work, shifts, new technology, Certifications etc... and this SDLC (A software developers life cycle) repeats J
Just a small reflection on the high ATTRITION rate that the Software companies are experiencing throughout the world....
Why is it always the recruiters market????? Why can't v have it the other way round where the Job seekers advertise their skill sets and the job recruiters create vacancies matching their demands...

Attention recruiters!!
To be eligible to give offers - MUST CONDITIONS are listed below
-> Package offered should not be less than 10 lpa
-> Two onsite trips each year is a must.... NOT TO THE SAME PLACE
-> Working in shifts/holidays/weekends will NOT BE entertained at any cost
-> Flexible Office timings which should not exceed 8 hours including two tea breaks of one hour each and a lunch break of 2 hours everyday...
-> Cabs should be provided for door to door pick up and drop... One cab per employee
-> Perks and benefits should be provided on a regular basis for motivation
-> One outing and team lunch is a must every month
-> World trip once a year for employees along with their families
-> Access to social networking sites so that the employees stay connected to family, friends, relatives during office hours
-> No certifications will be written... We have studied enough and there is nowhere we can use it..
-> 70-80% hike and promotions each year

The other desired conditions - NOT A MUST BUT WOULD BE GOOD TO HAVE
-> Pillows at each desk.. so employees can take a nap in between

  4. If I am HR this would'nt apply... i'll look for hardworking candidates... :):) only as an engineer I can feel this way!!
